Business Hire, upload your documents to speed up vehicle collection

Before you start:

You’ll need your identification and address documents, plus a DVLA share code. As this is a business rental, you’ll also need to download and complete a Director’s Guarantee and Indemnity form (provided as a Microsoft Word file) before submitting your documents.

We recommend gathering all of your documents and photos before completing the form on a computer rather than a phone.

What you'll need

• Driving licence photo (front and back)

• Recent photo of the driver

• Two proofs of address

• DVLA share code (see step 4 below)

• Completed Director’s Guarantee and Indemnity form (see step 5 below)
