To help us process your business vehicle hire and make collection as quick as possible, please provide the information and documents we need using the form below.

Before you start

You'll need details and documents for the business, a company director and each person who will be driving the vehicle.

We recommend gathering everything listed below before you start. This will make completing the form quicker and easier.

Step 1 – Business details

You'll need:

• Your business name, address and contact details

• Your JJ Rentals booking reference

• Two different documents confirming the business address

Proof of address documents must show the business name and current address and be dated within the last 3 months. Accepted documents include utility bills, bank or credit card statements, council tax bills, mortgage statements or official letters from a local authority.

Step 2 – Director's details

You'll need:

• The name, home address and contact details of a director of the business

• Two different documents confirming the director's home address

Proof of address documents must show the director's name and current home address and be dated within the last 3 months.

Step 3 – Director's Guarantee and Indemnity

You'll need to complete a Director's Guarantee and Indemnity form and upload it as part of the application.

Step 4 – Driver details

For each person who will be driving the vehicle, you'll need:

• Driver's name and mobile number

• Driving licence – front and back

• A recent colour photo of the driver

• A current DVLA share code

We recommend generating the DVLA share code for each driver before starting the form.

Get a DVLA share code

You'll need your driving licence number, National Insurance number and the postcode on your driving licence.

More than one driver?
You can add up to two additional drivers. You'll need the driving licence, recent photo and DVLA share code for each additional driver, so please have these ready before you start.

Step 5 – Declaration

Finally, you'll be asked to confirm that the information and documents you've provided are accurate before submitting the form.
